A customer has sent me the attached TIF image produced by Microsoft Fax. I am loading the image using
TIEMultiBitmap.Read
The issue here is that horizontal resolution is 204 dpi and vertical resolution is 98 dpi.
Some image viewers like Irfran and Window Photo will make adjustments to the image WxH based on the different Horizontal and Vertical resolutions.
For example, Windows properties shows the attached image to be 1728x1074 with 204x98 dpi
When opening it in Irfan, it adjusts it to 1728x2148 with 204x198 dpi. This actually displays the image the way it should look.
Without this adjustment, the image is distorted horizontally. That is, it is much wider that it should be.
Is there anyway ImageEn can make this adjustment when loading the file when the resolutions don't match?
