First off, all of this code works and I was putting together some very large TIFF file documents, 600-1200pages for testing.
I have a background process reading barcodes and then at the end of the process, I am updating the Info text on the thumbnail with the barcode that is read.
For a 600 page IEMulti, it takes 7 seconds, not bad. I took the same pages, doubled it and it takes 40+ seconds to just add the text.
The code is below, simply just updating the thumbnail text. I've tried Disabling/Enabling, Visible=False/True.
