I have recently started to use Imagen 4.1

In older version the selected scanner was automatically saved so the next time the application is used is not necessary to select the scanner again.

In V4.1 it's not happening. When i close the application (or simply the form) the selected scanner is not saved. And in the list i'm seeing the same scanner multiple times.

this could be a bug in 4.1 and i'm going to try the latest version (i have just sent a request for it, hope it doesn't take too long)

Can you confirm this was a bug with my version related to scanner selection ?

And another question: if i try to call the SelectAcquireSource with parameter ieaTwain i have an Undeclared identifier compile error. I have then added the iexAcquire unit to the uses list. Anyway i have another compile error: Incompatible types: TIEAcquireApis and TIEAcquireApi

thanks

I have solved the problem !!!

the right sytax was (of course):

img.io.SelectAcquireSource([ieaTwain]);

i was missing the square brackets

With this parameter now the scanner selection work as expected.

Anyway i'm going to upgrade to the latest library version.

thanks

Roberto
